  • Priority Support for Customers

    Paid subscription users, as well as customers with custom cloud or server installations, receive priority support directly from the NWMS team. You will be assigned a dedicated manager who will help promptly resolve any issues that arise. Contact support via convenient channels - email, instant messengers, etc., with a guaranteed fast response time.

  • Consultations and individual requests

    If you need additional assistance, staff training or want to discuss customization of the functionality to suit your needs - we are always ready to help. Just contact us by email info@nwms.ru with a description of the request, and our team will offer the best solution. Regardless of the chosen tariff, we are interested in the successful operation of your warehouse with NWMS and regularly release updates and fixes. All users of the cloud version automatically receive the latest system updates. Customers with individual installations are provided updates as part of the support agreement.
